The senior management of our firm comprises the following talented professionals:

Marianne Salibello, President
Marianne Salibello has been associated with Business Plans International since 1995, initially as Managing Director of the Southeast Region and currently as its President and Chairman. She has senior level business development, strategic planning and technical experience in a variety of industries including healthcare, chemicals, environmental management, manufacturing, software development, hospitality, and the Internet. She brings over 25 years of business experience where she developed exceptional technical, analytical and organizational skills. She has an MBA in Finance from New York University Stern School of Business, New York, NY, and also holds a Masters Degree in Organic Chemistry from New York University. She successfully founded and managed two business enterprises.

Prior to joining Business Plans International, Marianne served as Assistant Vice President of Business Development for WR Grace & Co. where responsibilities included strategy development, identifying and qualifying new acquisition candidates and divesting superfluous businesses. Recommendations presented to Grace’s Board of Directors. She also held board positions in several start-up companies in which W.R. Grace invested, offering strategic guidance and business development approaches.
